Ground Zero Naturals’ Shipping Guidelines
At checkout, customers are prompted to choose a shipping method for their cart. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in the order and the selected shipping method. The total shipping will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of the order. We ask that all customers please allow time for the order to process. This could take up to 1-2 business days.
Generally, to ensure shipping method upgrades can be fulfilled on time, orders must be processed and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or the order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.

A product’s availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as “In Stock” and “Out of Stock”. Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date. For more information, please read the details below.
When can you track your order?
Tracking codes are assigned to packages once an order is ready to ship and an automatic email is sent to the customer email address on file. Please check your SPAM folder and/or verify that the email address is correct if you did not receive a notification. However, it may take up to 2 full business days before the package is checked into the delivering carrier’s tracking system after shipment. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier (UPS) may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 2 full business days.
Orders placed on groundzeronaturals.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods, although the main carrier is UPS. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Finding Your Order Status
The status of your order is easy to find.
- Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
- Visit the website. Sign In for Your Order History at groundzeronaturals.com 24 hours a day. If you signed up for a PlusCBD Oil account, you may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders.

How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by groundzeronaturals.com, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx or UPS) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessible from Your Order History on our website when it becomes available.
*Tracking information may not be available for up to 2 full business days after an item is shipped from our warehouse.
Next Day and Second Day Shipping
All UPS next-day orders will be delivered on the next business day after processing (as mentioned above, processing can take 1-2 business days). If an order is placed on Friday by 2:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Monday, pending credit card verification. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed around the holidays may experience delays.
All UPS 2-day orders will be delivered in two business days. If an order is placed on Friday by 2:00 PM EST, the shipment should be received by the customer on Tuesday, pending credit card verification. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Ground Zero Naturals ships internationally to most countries. If your country is on our list, any order you place on groundzeronaturals.com will be shipped.
At this time, all international orders are shipped via UPS and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery (unless your address qualifies for other UPS shipping options.)
Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.
We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.
Ground Zero Naturals strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
Terms Of Sale – Refund Policy
During the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide. All unopened products may be returned within 14-days of the delivery date for a full refund less any shipping charges.
Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
