Ground Zero Naturals’ Shipping Guidelines
At checkout, customers are prompted to choose a shipping method for their cart. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in the order and the selected shipping method. Note that Standard Shipping is free ($0) via USPS First Class mail. The total shipping will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of the order. We ask that all customers please allow time for the order to process. This could take up to 1-2 business days.
Generally, to ensure shipping method upgrades can be fulfilled on time, orders must be processed and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST or the order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.

A product’s availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as “In Stock” and “Out of Stock”. Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock or are not available for shipment until a specific date. For more information, please read the details below.

The status of your order is easy to find.
- Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
- Visit the website. Sign In for Your Order History at groundzeronaturals.com 24 hours a day.

USPS Priority Shipping
All USPS Priority Shipping orders will be delivered via USPS delivery guidelines (as mentioned above, processing can take 1-2 business days). Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed around the holidays may experience delays.
Ground Zero Naturals does not currently ship internationally (outside the United States). For any international inquiries, please email us at email@example.com.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or similar situations.
Terms Of Sale – Refund Policy
During the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) which is 100% from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide. All unopened products may be returned within 14-days of the delivery date for a full refund less any shipping charges.

Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72hrs. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
